Herbies outreach to the "rugby" children in Tondo.

This is my friend Herbie's field ministry in Manila.

In the  district of  Tondo there are lots of young people

using "rugby" as they say down here.
Rugby=solvent= thinner or glue! and as we all know;
if thinner can remove paint! what do you think it does
to your brain? Beside that they smoke "pot" and drink
"syrup"= a caugh medicine.... occationally they would

smoke "shaboo" = meth amph.

Herbie is a good friend and he co-works with me in

Baseco as a youth pastor. If anyone would like
